August 2026 Road Trip Across Regional South Australia

August is shaping up to be a busy month, with the Sea to Valley Startups Road Trip heading across the Barossa Valley, Kapunda, Moonta, Kadina, Port Pirie, Mallala, Two Wells, Melrose, Booleroo, Jamestown and Peterborough.

Regional South Australia is full of people building businesses, creating jobs, supporting their communities and finding new ways to grow. Every town has its own strengths, opportunities and success stories, and taking the time to visit, listen and connect is one of the most rewarding parts of the work.

Throughout August there will be opportunities to meet local business owners, people exploring self-employment, community organisations, councils and industry leaders, along with visits to local businesses and events that are making a positive difference across the region.

Highlights of the month will be popping into businesses, going to events and hosting Local Tea with Wendy sessions, offering a relaxed opportunity to connect over a cup of tea or coffee, share business ideas, ask questions and meet others who are passionate about supporting regional communities and local enterprise.

Along the way, businesses, local makers, tourism operators, cafés, not-for-profit organisations and community groups will also be featured to help showcase the people and places that make regional South Australia such a great place to live, work and do business.
